Services. Resurrection Properties provides Land Clearing, Forestry Mulching, Excavation Services, Gravel Driveway Installation, Gravel Driveway Maintenance, Tree Removal, Drainage System Installation, Erosion Control and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://excavationcontractorspringhill.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Resurrection Properties or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Resurrection Properties may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Resurrection Properties makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Resurrection Properties arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Resurrection Properties from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. TN law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TN.

Term Changes. Resurrection Properties may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
